To deliver targeted and effective support, we begin with a comprehensive company-wide wellbeing audit.

This creates the strategic baseline for your wellbeing priorities, future interventions, and performance measurement.

During the audit, we explore the realities of your organisation — how your teams work, what pressures exist, and where improvement will have the greatest impact.

This allows us to understand your long-term objectives, current challenges, and the culture you want to build.

At least one full day is spent on-site, engaging with teams across all levels to assess:

  • Leadership and support
